Scope and ContentMainly 19th and early 20th century material dealing with the Doneraile, Buttevant, Tramore, Lisduff and Granston estates, 1790-1920 approx. They include rental agreements; proposals to rent land and houses; proposals and estimates for maintaining Market Houses, Fever Hospital, Free School, Police Barracks, Dispensary etc.; legal material including witnesses' expenses at Cork Assizes, 1808, summary of cases tried at Doneraile Manor Court, 1834, some briefs, civil bills etc.; correspondence, 1806-1910 mostly on estate matters, tithe rent charges for Buttevant, 1838. The late 19th century material deals with changes due to Lands Acts. Also rentals and demesne expenses.
