Scóp agus Inneachar1) Charter (in Latin) granted in the first year of Elizabeth I’s reign to the mayor & c. of Youghal. It recites the charters of 2 Richard III and 12 Henry VII. It also allows the mayor & c. to buy lands form those willing to sell, and allows the town to hold these lands in capite once their value does not exceed £6 per annum.
