Rental of the townland of Lotamore (535 acres) and part of the lands of Lotabeg and part of the lands of Poulicurrihy, all in the Barony of Cork, plus fee farm rent from lands of Knocknagown, Barony of Muskerry plus several houses and premises situated in Goulnaspurragh (otherwise Shandon Street, Brown's Hill and Pope's Quay), The North East Marsh, North Main Street, Skiddy's Castle Lane, Cross Gun Lane and Coach Street in the City of Cork. To be sold in 14 lots totalling over 1929 acres with net annual value of over £1607 and an ordnance valuation of over £1820. With maps showing Lota areas and some of the Cork City properties. Rentals for each Lot list major tenants, gale days, quantity of land, yearly rent, ordnance valuation, tenure and observations.
