4.Copy MS. 'Burning of Cork, Saturday December 11th 1920, Evidence given before underwriters at Imperial Hotel January 7th 1921, by Frank O'Sullivan of Cork Examiner, 94 Patrick's Street, Cork'. Recounts conversation with Sergant Smith, R.I.C., and the actions by the auxiliaries ('Black and Tans') in burning several premises in the centre of Cork City, the arrival of the Cork Fire Brigade, also burning of Forrests Drapery Warehouse on 25th November 1920, which was fought by Examiner Staff. (2pp).
