History of Cork City, with images of notable historical figures, major buildings, churches, and locations, including Cork Harbour. Also, description of Lakes of Killarney, lakes and fjords of Kerry. Photographs of various picturesque locations in Cork and Kerry. Historical description of 'Southern Ireland', conquerors, customs, folklore such as the fairy-queen Cleena/Cliodhna at Carraigcleena near Mallow (see also G/7), Irish language and literature, natural history.
