Scóp agus InneacharLease, 12 April 1820, from Sir Nicholas Conway Colthurst, Ardrum, Co Cork, to Michael Mulchinock, of lands at Ballard, County Kerry, for a term of three lives (those of Mulchinock's eldest son and two daughters) at an annual rent of £3 8s 3d per acre for one part of the lands and £3 15s per acre for the other part [total eighty-three pounds seven and a half pence]. The document is partly printed. Water stains and faded ink make it difficult to read in places. An agreement of 13 [April] 1828, written on the back, modifies the conditions of the lease. Red seals afixed. Parchment, folded.
