With Their Advice to their Masters the Clothiers of the fame. Shewing and Proving that a Mismanagement and Under-Rating the Commodity, and not Reduceing and Affair of such Moment to its proper Method and Advantage, is the just Cause of this Reasonable and General TURN-OUT. Writ by an Honest SPECTATOR". Printed in Cork, 1722.
