Refers to Wolf Tone, Robert Emmett, Padraig Pearse, Terence MacSwiney, Kevin Barry, and the 'ignoble treaty,,,the Republic lives today with a three-fold life...', legally and constitutionally, actively in the will of those aiding the Army and loyal to the Chief, and spiritually in the devotion to the ideal. The Republic is a '....victory that shall be.'.
