12 May 1925, report on the Patrick Street underground sewage arches, with schedule of costs for replacement of masonry arches with concrete tube pipes, with £1000 set aside for first works at Sheare's Street.
11 Apr 1929, report of unauthorised timber structure erected in Russell's Lane Greenmount. Enclosures include a drawing of the structure, and a letter from J.C. Saunders, Medical Officer of Health, noting: 'it is a timbered building used as a dwelling house... I have advised the City Solicitor of overcrowding'.
29 May 1930, report on repairs to the tanks of Eglinton Street Swimming Baths.
27 Jun 1932, report on sewerage issues at Lady's Well Brewery, following complaint from T. Riordan, engineer, James J. Murphy & Co Ltd. Report refers matter to city solictor, particularly the right of the brewery to channel water from the Lady's Well.
6 Dec 1938, report of garage erected without permission on property at College Road. Includes attached colour pencil drawing of house, garage, and roadways, as inspected by the city engineer. Property located to rear of 'Glenavon'.
20 Mar 1939, report from the building inspector on conditions in the city's theatres and cinemas subject to annual renewal of theatre licences. Short reports are present for the following buildings: Assembly Rooms, Savoy, Pavilion, Palace Theatre, Lido, St Mary's Hall, Cork Opera House, Lee Cinema, Imperial Cinema, and Coliseum Cinema.
