Schedule enclosed (1p) of 31 year leases issued in 1869, listing lands/ townlands, giving tenant's names, total acreage of over 2300 acres, and total yearly rents of over £1300. The letters patent recite mesures to administer the intestate's estate, and confirm agreements made by the Crown with the administrator of the estate and others for the sale and grant of interests in the estate, to various persons, subject to trusts. Signed by Earl Spencer, Lord Lieutenant of Ireland.
