Total 163 acres, 3 roods and 33 perches.Terms & Conditions: 999 years at yearly rent of £122.19s.4d Sterling. Size: 1 skin. Other: includes map of property.

Size: 1 skin. Other: includes map of lands surveyed by Thomas Power.
