Total 163 acres, 3 roods and 33 perches.Terms & Conditions: 999 years at yearly rent of £122.19s.4d Sterling. Size: 1 skin. Other: includes map of property.

Lease, 20 April 1784: parties: James Bernard Esquire, Castebernard, to Joseph Wakeham Esquire, Springhill, County Cork; property: Part of the town and lands of Ballycurreen, Barony of Barrymore, County Cork, lately held by James O’Hea, gentleman, containing 172 acres 2 perches; terms & conditions: For the natural lives of William Barter Wakeham aged 7 years, Elizabeth Wakeham aged 4 years, and Susanna Wakeham aged 2 years, and their survivors and others who may be added persuant to the covenant for renewal at yearly rent of £103.4s. Size: 1 skin. Other: includes map of lands surveyed by Thomas Power.
