Scope and ContentPrinted 2nd Address of 'Inhabitants of Quebec to their fellow subjects in the United Kingdom and the Colonies...visited by a fresh calamity of Fire'. Also, circular from Quebec Fire Relief Committee , Dublin, requesting subscriptions to assist Quebec where 'nearly two-thirds of the entire population.... [are] ....left without home, food, or clothing', and referring to Ireland's '...large debt of gratitude to Quebec for their undeviating charities to our Emigrants...'.
