First edition of the Bulletin. Gives preliminary announcement concerning the purpose of the Bulletin. Lists the officials of the Association, including President George Crosbie, Joint Hon. Secs. Liam de Roiste and Michael A. Ryan, Secretary JL Fawsitt. Offices at 27 Grand Parade, Cork. Lists the main officials of the City and County Councils and Harbour Commissioners, also the main banks, railways, steamship companies, shipbuilding/repairing yards, boat builders, engineers, cold storage, and educational establishments. Suggests 'openings for capital' in the South of Ireland for 'industrial enterprises' such as dressed meat, sugar beet factory, oil refinery, tanneries, boot and show factories, flour mills, foundries, etc. Also, advert for M.A. Ryan's Blackthorn House, Cork and Queenstown.
