Scope and ContentRefers to 'the magnificient defence of the Four Courts, held by a small Republican force, has succeeded in concentrating upon itself almost the entire forces of the Free State Army, equipped by the English and directed by General Macready....It has....enabled our plan of campaign to be developed....The destruction of the railroad near Liffey Bridge last night prevented guns from being brought up...'. Refers to 'British Co-Operation', an officer being 'seen loading and unloading the big gun shelling the Four Courts...', and 'three RIC men observed outside the Castle gates in Dame Street' directing troops to an IRA sniper. Lists 3 questions sent to T.D.s requesting their position on the war. Finally, note on " Free State 'Truth' ", with extract from 'official report' of the Four Courts operations trying to 'save the lives of those in the building', which is a 'obvious and ridiculous falsehood'. Appeals to 'Citizens' to read the report and form 'your own opinions as to the truth...'.
