Scope and ContentContains 2,107 burial records. Of these, a small number of entries are un-named, recording deaths at sea, such as the male burial dated 12 March 1900. The volume also records burials for deaths resulting from two Royal Navy incidents in the harbour.
The first incident is recorded in the names and burial locations for nine Royal Navy seamen killed by a gun accident aboard battleship HMS Mars (1896) on 14 April 1902. The men listed are: Alfred Shipton, William Barrett, Ellis Collins, Frank W. Barton, Thomas Portor, E.G.J. Brown, Edwin Sutton, J.H.G Bourne, and Samuel Thomas. The latter died 18 April 1902. All men are listed born in England, and recorded as based at Bantry Harbour. The grave location is listed as Section B, Row 21, No.s 25-31, and Secton B, Row 22, No.s. 25 and 28.

The men listed are: Ernest Goldthorp, William Pryor, Henry Davis, Arthur Manley, and Charles E. Sinden. Place of birth and last residence are not listed. The grave location is listed as Section B, Row 23, No.s. 25-31.
