With index. Covers election of commissioners and harbour masters and officials, contracts for rebuilding of quays etc, levying of duties and harbour dues, payments.

21 May 1813 Copy of 1813 Act for better regulation of the butter trade of the City and Cork, making perpetual an Act passed in 40th year of the reign of King George 3rd, including; part X, monies to the Mayor and Sheriffs and other members for deepening, widening and improving the harbour and river.
1820-1821 List of Commissioners including The Mayor, Recorder and Sheriffs, and some members of the Common Council (Aldermen and Burgesses) of Cork Corporation.
21 Sep 1814 First meeting, Council Chamber, Cork, including John Cotter Jun., William Crawford, John Lecky, Daniel Goold, Thomas Harvey, Joshua Carroll, David Galwey, William Maxwell, Gerard Callaghan, James Morgan, William Beamish. Commercial Buildings Act 1814 Commissioners to be summoned to meet jointly.
24 Sep 1814 A single board of Commissioners to be appointed, but funds deriving under the 2 Acts to be receipted separately. John Cotter appointed Treasurer, Henry Hardy appointed Secretary. One third moiety of proceeds of the Weigh House to be paid by the Chamberlain of the City to the Commissioners, amounting to over £499. Request to be made to the Commercial Buildings, Directors, to hold board meetings there.
1 Oct 1814 First meeting held at Commercial Buildings, Cork. Sub committee appointed to report on state and condition of the river and quays where vessels load and discharge their cargoes, and actual state of the New Wall.
15 Oct 1814 Report of Sub Committee.
18 Feb 1815 Notice to be placed in each Cork papers inviting proposals for contract to remove rubbish, earth and stones which have accumulated at the beds of the different quays of Cork.
10 June 1815 Motion that a proper person be employed to prepare an estimate for building up the quay walls.
2 Jan 1816 Copy of joint memorial of Mayor, Sheriffs and Common Council and Commissioners, sent to Lord Lieutenant Charles Whitworth requesting grant for building the 'new wall', etc.
4 Sep 1820 List of harbour duties payable on articles exported from the port of Cork. Such as a 3 pence for a hogshead of Ale, Beer or Porter. Various provisions listed including butter, herrings, salmon, bacon, tallow, wheat, etc.
6 Sep 1820 Schedule of rates and duties on imported cargoes, including foodstuffs, groceries, stone, etc.
