Total area within external walls is 1225 square ft. Site plan shows Old Youghal Road to Mayfield, St. Joseph's Catholic Church opposite site. Garden Lane off road towards north, Dillons Cross at left with road to city & Ballyhooly Road running ne / sw. Elevations show existing ground level, line of foundations, smooth cement plinth, floor & ceiling level, concrete kerb, wall is pebble dashed. Ground floor plan shows garage at right, concrete coping & 2 layer 'ruberoid' roof. Drawing room is 14' 6" x 13', kitchen is 7' 10" x 11' x 10.5", 3 bedrooms, bathroom on first floor. Roof of house has turf coloured concrete pantiles on 2" x 1" battens on sarking felt. Post & wire fence at left & manhole.
