SM811/2. Copy Deed of appointment of One Thousand Pounds (£1000), dated 2 June 1850, Henry Longfield, Waterloo House (1st part); Miss Dorothea Longfield (fifth daughter of Henry, 2nd part); and John Powell Longfield of Waterloo, trustee (3rd part).
SM811/3. Copy Probate of the will and codicils of Colonel John Powell Longfield of Seafield, Co Cork, 14 October 1886 (probate 25 February 1890). 10pp
SM811/4. Rental of Lands of Ballinbroky and Ballinmillish, barony of Ibane and Barryroe (printed). The item is undated but reference is made to judicial rents agreed by William Longfield as receiver on December 1882. 2pp
