Scope and ContentPrinted appeal from Francis Seymour, proprietor of the Victoria Theatre, Cook Street, Cork, 'A Respectful Appeal to the Intelligent and generous among his fellow Citizens', for assistance in rescuing the last remnant of his property, as a result of several years struggling to sustain a local theatre in his native city and having expended £1,600. Two benefit nights are to be held. Refers to the Apollo Society's 'histrionic genius and talent of the elite of its inhabitants'.
