1. 1817 Fragment of Article by O'Connor, Newgate, in the Cork Morning Intelligenser. Printed by John O'Rorke, 6 Castle Street, Cork. (2pp)
2. ?c1830s Fragment with text of petition to House of Commons against compulsory church taxation/tithes. (1p)
3. ?1830s - 1840s Poem or song by Alaric A. Watts, 'The First Sorrow', suggested by a statue by Patrick MacDonnell Esq RA, in Exhibition of the Industry of All Nations.
4. ?1840-1850 Article/letter by Richard Dowden as Poor Law Guardian. 'To the Guardians of the Poor in Ireland...Employment not alms is the wisest charity...', advocating better measures for relief of the poor and the incapacitated.
