Describes chattel property of the Hotel including 6 excellent Horses, landaus, fodder, house coal, dairy cows, pleasure boats, etc. Descriptive particulars mention the popular 'Prince of Wales Route' from Bantry to Killarney and the condition and facilities of the Hotel. Also rental showing tenancies and rents paid on the lands including Patrick Murphy, Simon White, of Jeremiah Hurley, Daniel Leary, Hanoria Shea, Patrick Brien.
